What happens at day 14?
Your card is charged automatically for the first month. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or via the Manage subscription link in your trial banner.
Can I extend my trial with a referral code?
Yes — referral codes stack on top of your 14 days. Enter the code at signup.
How do I cancel?
Click Manage subscription in the trial banner, or visit Account Settings. No further charges.
When does my card get charged?
It depends on the plan. On trial: starting on day 14 (we send a reminder email 3 days before). Monthly subscription: on the day you subscribe, then every month. Yearly subscription: on the day you subscribe, then again 12 months later.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Stripe handles checkout, so any major credit or debit card works. We don't see your card details. Stripe does.
Do you offer refunds?
On a new subscription you have the standard 14-day EU right of withdrawal, unless the service has already started with your explicit consent.
